Product and Operations Manager – Duke Applied Machine Learning Group

  • Coordinating and launching The Phoenix Project, a tech internship program for over 200 students who lost their jobs due to the pandemic
    • Spearheading tasks essential to the program’s success, such as acquiring grant funding, sourcing mentors and project assistants, and finalizing project teams
    • Initiating partnerships with other top universities and establishing a vetting and onboarding process for non-Duke participants
  • Formulating and documenting our mission statement, long-term business strategy, and operations
  • Establishing a system of vetting and acquiring new clients
  • Redesigning the onboarding process for new members
